San Francisco - pre-party

Hello all,

I am a burning man virgin and looking forward to my future deflowering, however as I have not partaking in the activities before, I wish to hook up with other burners for a few drinks and discussion on the week ahead. I'm in San Francisco over the weekend and am wondering are there any parties, drinks, dancing, chess, football, tennis, bridge or general gatherings where one can meet other more experienced burners?

Thanks for your replies in advance and hopefully we'll see you over the weekend and if not, some time on the playa.
