any way to contact someone at burning man

My wife is at burning man, (or I assume she arrived safely) but we never really talked about getting in touch (in case of emergency) during her stay there. (She is out of cell phone reach, I assume.) Are there any internet kiosks at burning man? Or any type of bulletin boards, etc.?

There must be some kind of internet connectivity because my friend Andy sent me a message via yahoo messenger today asking me to contact his friends to tell them what supplies he needs.

Thanks. If you you get any other info on connectivity please pass along. I'd kind of like to check (if I can) to see that she arrived safely as she only left me one vm while she was near Reno.

I think this camp is located at about 7:30 and Ego...

INTERNET IN BRC

As before, Camp I Am Village/The Embassy, through the generousity of
John Gilmore and many others will be providing an internet connection
and wireless network on the Playa. Bring a laptop with "wifi"
connectivity, and set the network name (SSID) to "internet" to
connect. No extra settings are needed (no WEP key, and you'll use
DHCP for a dynamic internet address.)

This year the network should be faster and better than ever. In
addition, there will be an on-playa web server providing local
information, a Wiki, A message board, a real-time Art map from the
Artery, Playa Phone voice mail, news, updates on the wireless network
and internet connection and more. You will be able to access this
only on the Playa, probably not from outside.
