String of lights suspended from balloon

Monday or Tuesday evening I saw a beautiful string of lights reaching up into the sky tethered from a balloon of some sort - all attached to a little wagon. The creator wasn't around to talk with - does anyone know who made this great installation? I'd love to talk to them!

They had to take it down later in the event, I think due to wind. I also think it was a borg2 grant thing.

I think it was alienbuckethead himself. I saw it, asked who he was, asked if he was on ePlaya and it was him.

It was Bucketheadalien. I spent some time trying to convince him to use hydrogen as it would give him more lift. Finally, he gave me an extra balloon he had with him and told me to try it myself. A little hydrogen and some methylborate produces a wonderful effect. BTW Buckethead, it was glorious.....Next year "Weather Balloon Camp". Remember the Hinderburg.
