Dude with the mechanical horse legs...

Center camp near the cafe on Saturday (?) there was a guy walking around with a set of metal mechanical 'horse' legs strapped behind him to his waist and legs, such that the legs moved in sync with his real legs. Very cool sight. He looked like a centaur, with a mechanical behind.

Anyone know who this artist is, or have pics of his contraption? By the time I realized how cool this was, he was gone :(.
