I got kissed by several women, but none of them was wearing a mask or cape. I remember body paint.

There was a kissing bandit squad out of LA, I think.

They asked for females to be part of the "kissing" squad and for volunteer males to go with them as chaperones in case someone couldn't deal with a kiss being just a kiss.

That's all I know.
