'Borrowed' pink cruiser - NOT returned

Post by Afrogirl » Mon Sep 19, 2005 7:52 pm

We had a bike 'borrowed' that was supposed to be returned - and ultimately wasn't. Before anyone jumps me - it wasn't me that gave permission.

Anyway 'Adonis' approached us with a friend and admired my bike and asked to return with us to our camp, sat drinking what we had graciously provided and generally fed us a load of BS about how groovy and cool he was and then.......well you know the rest.

Thanks!

Oh my bad!!!!

First off Afro girl I am soo sorry I didn't return your bike. I tried to but well heres my story.

After going for a short litte bike ride I rode into some friends at the tittie camp not very far off and they invited me for dinner. After dinner I quickly rode back to my campsite, extremely inebriated by this point, if you could only imagine me with no sleep for two days and have been doing all kinds of drugs and drinking since sunrise. Well upon arriving at my camp 5:30 and fetish my friend commented on the pink bike I was riding and where his bike was!!!!!! well I was a little confused it could of been the mushrooms I had with dinner. As I stood staring at this wonderful pink bike now starting to change shape, my friend was grilling me about where I traded his bike for this pink Girls bike and I could not for the life of me remember.

Afterwards I went off in the general direction where I thought your camp was. I think it was around 4:30 and gestalt, Maybe. well anyhow I rode around asking everyone if they knew this pink bike until a bunch of rowdies tried to take it from me and proceeded to call me a frat boy and tried to beat me up.

Well I gave up after that and went back to my camp, feeling very guilty about trading my friends blue cruiser for your wonderful pink cruiser. Well the evening came around, the night they burnt the temple. So all night I rode around on it hoping I would run into you but never. As dawn approached we stopped by center camp and losing hope I asked a few stragglers if they rocognized your bike when I saw a bike exactly like yours out in the bike rack so I hung out for a while and was just thinking about leaving it there. Wondering how many people could have a pink bike I decided not to and we went back to our campsite to pack up....

Now thinking well I have a Pink bike now, hmmmm its pink, a nice pink, I think I like pink. Finally that guy from New York who I showed up at your campsite with, stumbled back to his tent and I asked him if he could remember where your campsite was, he was unclear and we were trying to leave, we had a long journey ahead of us. So I packed up your pink bike and we hit the road, on route I had to buy my friend a new bike..

I am soo sorry and Its too bad I made such an impression on you, I always wondered what people thought of me.

I want to get your bike back to you I still have it and sometimes go for bike rides on it, it really is a chick magnet. just to let you know it is safe and sound and is getting a lot of love so don't worry. She still has her rack but the headlight went missing?

I live in Victoria BC, I forget where your from, Get back to me

ADONIS!!! You have returned my faith in fellow men!!!
Sorry to be down on ya, man, but you can imagine how we were feeling. Those bikes were not ours, we rented them, which made me a little more bitter as we paid for it twice.

Anyhoo, I am sorry to hear that you were almost beaten up - those mofo's got no business being at BM - where is the love, man?

I am SO VERY HAPPY to have heard back from you, not to mention ecstatic to hear that no harm was intended.

Bottom Line, dude, we are in Chicago, and rented those bikes in Reno, so that's where your friend's bike is. The cruiser is yours to keep - this time around we are feeling much more at peace with that.

ENJOY IT!
