Hi; please don't take this wrong, but a few words of advice:
1) preview your posts before submitting them. If you'd done that, you would have noticed:
2) the link was corrupted. The proper link is http://davidalexanderenglish.com/bm2005 ... /index.htm
3) Please don't use blinking text on your web page.
4) Editing is a *good* thing. 100 good photos is far better than 1000 mediocre photos with 100 good ones mixed in. Have some faith in your own artistic judgement. It's no fun for your viewers to have to winnow the wheat from the chaff themselves -- there were some very nice pictures there, but they were hard to find.
Also, it would have left you with enough disk space to have higher-resolution versions of some of the better ones.

There's some good images in there as I scrolled and scrolled and scrolled some more. As good as those images are the interface to view them leaves much to be desired. Check out Lecter's work or the Webbery links for examples of displays that are much easier to use.

It's an interesting poll, and might be a good idea, howver the legal liability of the LLC owning the property that becomes BRC is so huge compared to doing it on BLM land... Now, should somehow the BLM stop supporting the LLC putting BRC on the BRD, it might be another story... but honestly, as cool as it would be to do that it's a real SOB.
Look at the hassles over the ranch, for gods sake... can you imagine getting the property for BRC?
And the first time someone dies out there... which has happened more than once (unfotrtunately), someone sues the LLC (which now has property and is worth something tangable) and hasta la vista BRC 4ever. Don't matter what it sez on the ticket - the legal fees to defend wrongful injury or death suits would eat BRC alive. How many people step on rebar and get hurt? Get heat exhaustion/stroke? Fall from structures? Get hit by bicycles, art cars, etc? Get in an altercation?
It's an attorney's paradise. What saves the LLC is it has no property per se.

blessedly currupted link
thanks for
checking out
my 05 bm photogallery,
the site,
this post,
& all the feedback..
oops
so much for the shallow lame desperate pointless ploy to drive traffic to my site
[url]http://davidalexanderenglish.com
apologies for the currupted link
[sounds like a good name for somptin'?]
to whom it may concern
couple points of clarity
the idea of posting an unedited photogallery
was to share the sequences & context of the photos...
the idea of a year round burningman place/town/city
will hopefully be created by
& organically evolve out of
the mythic greater burning man community itself
independent of the commercial entity "bmorg." & its organizers
who surely have there hands full..
?
love & light
