True, but we've got all day to hang out. Hopefully I'll sober up at some point. Remember that it's starts around two. Oh, and I think that they're going to try to grill food at some point, if people bring stuff that is.

Personally? I was thinking about building an 8 foot tall chimney filled with wood, but they've already lined up a couple of things, so maybe next time. There will be some large fire thing of some sort. I'm staying away from organizing this thing. Just going to have fun, though I may bring some tubes and make a musical instrument for folks to bang on.

We hold it on private property. One of our members is a Karate sensei who owns his own dojo. It's located in an industrial park. His property has a lot of space out back, plus some indoor space. We setup a stage and a bunch of 'theme camps' out back, as well as the bonfire. Inside is a dance space with DJs. Upstairs is crash space. Rather nice actually. No one is around at that time of night and we can get as loud as we want since it isn't residential. Plus, it's in the city, so we're close to everyone.

daughter update... rested well last night, is being moved from ICU to cardiac care wing of the hospital.

medication is doing its work, unclear whether cardio damage is temporary or long-term. next pregnancy, if there is one, will require cardiac monitoring... so far so good.
