I think I am still here. Never can tell, though. I might be over there ... or over here ... doesn't much matter around here anyway.

I think that’s how it’s done first they stop showing you there on line then they come in the night with a truck and take you away without a trace.
Then they erase all history that you ever existed

hmmm... Nice place you got here... (sits on a stool and cracks open a book)

You got any Cream City Pale Ale? If not I'll take a Guinness Extra Stout - warm (no need for an ice run with me!).

<humming "Happy Birthday", begins decorating the bar with silver steamers and confetti...dusts off and restarts the disco ball....and places a large tub on top of the bar full of ice and an impressive supply of champagne...and next to that a large cake imprinted with a phenomenal playa sunrise and the words: "The Bar, 9/25/05. BOOZE OVER EVIL!"...fires up the juke, and raises a glass.>

Happy Anniversary, barflies!!!! Thanks for making this place so warm and cozy! Hugs and kisses all around!!

Thanks Tisha and to every one who’s ever ventured in and let us know a little about you and shared a little of you lives with us. The bar really has provided a place where real personal connections and friendships have been formed. No other thread before the bar has been able to bring people together the way this place has Congratulations!

oh yeah almost forgot

Supreme Court Justice, Clarence Thomas has already ruled in Herrera vs. Collins, that "actual innocence" is not necessarily a reason to stop an execution (see http://www.mindfully.org/Reform/Leonel- ... 2may93.htm).

Amazing what changes a year will bring. Almost as amazing as what is exactly the same.

Oh well. Time for a drink. Just got my a bottle of tequila back that didn't get drunk out in the desert, so it's shot time.

Never too late Z. I'm bringing what's left of this bottle to decomp this weekend and making my famous margaritas.

Here you go.
