BLM CITATIONS

OK i have read all about the undercover cops, the illegal searches, etc. Here is one thing that I actually need to read about.....What does one do after receiving a citation. I see on the ticket that they are supposed to send me something in the mail with in 45 days. My question is, if they don't should I actually call the number on the citation? (or as I would prefer, let the thing vanish from my world.) I am sure that the boys at the BLM don't lose much, but who knows....anybody had any experience with this?

Can you say: "failure to appear"?

You could show up on the screen any time. You could be cuffed and stuff. Pay the fucking bail and better luck next time.

I do not recommend that you ignore it. I wouldn't even be waiting, but would be contacting an attorney ASAP that is liscenced in Nevada. They might be able to get it reduced or dismissed. Money (in the form of a lawyer) is your best ally now...

If you have a minor offense, chances are you will just end up paying a fine (based on past history). But pay the fine you will (the money is the key thing to them, they could care less about actually changing your ways).

Call them, Harrasses them, RECORD it all...
Had a buddy a few years ago spent a weekend in JAIL on a broken tail light FIX-IT TICKET......
YOU ARE IN THEIR SYSTEMMMMM.........
Do what ever it take to make them spit you out.....
