Ahh yes, always the last one around. Oh well, I guess it's just the way of things for me.

Well, good morning. Slept well except for a bad dream, and yet it left me feeling good. Very strange.

Hi, AntiM!! (will you say HI to Larry for me please?) How are you doing?

I just got the boots last saturday and I love them! Very comfortable and I love the zipper the have.
Several people at work liked them, too.....now they're looking for a pair.
I didn't get them at the Hot topic store, I don't think they have that style anymore. They do have a pair with a cat on the toe though that's cool.

Well if we add his actual age and the age I thought he was, we get ~70...

Me too. I'm wondering if I can get someone to follow me around and put up appropriate signage. Hey Chai, any of your buttwipers looking to participate next year?

Heaven.......
Its cold and grey up North, and I was feeling homesick, so I stepped into this hastily created e-body, and came for a walk on the playa.......
I saw some of the tribe having a fine time camping out there, but, like my first day in BRC, I was feeling a little shy, and thought that maybe a drink might help. And here you are - thanks for the bar!

Thanks, Mozy!

Welcome Helixion! It's grey and rainy in my neck of the woods, too. But actually not all that cold, just damp.
Did Blue make you one of her mystery drinks? Huh oh! *winks*

You had one of these, Martiansky? Very interesting.. things just went a little rosy, and there suddenly seems to be a layer of dust on everything... odd - but very pleasant. I'll have another, if I may please, Blue.
Rice-krispie squares, anyone :)?

I haven't had one of those, but one day someone made these orange-half drink things and BBSue and I both ended up unconcious on the floor for hours!

Oh, I'd love a 'krispy square! Thanks!

(Regards half empty second glass with nervous smile...)

Yikes, I'd better take it easy then! The Krispy squares will help tho'.
One day I'll stop eating like a 5 year old.... but not today....

This year was my first burn and I came on 10 days notice. I loved it - walked around grinning for 7 days. Do you know when the BMO announces the theme for next year - I am already wanting to start preparing and the dreams from this time haven't stopped yet (spot the new addict!).

I love the boots. Is it me or is it getting really warm and dusty in here?

Those were roofies.

The new theme usually comes out in around January.

Didn't they announce it really early last year? I thought it was sometime around Jan/Feb. Maybe my brain is broken, and I'm mixing up my calendars that start with Jan and Aug, respectively.

Thanks, everyone.

Hey, I heard about Hageymons problems before the burn this year. I was totally buzzed by the way everyone jumped in to help at the time. But does anyone know if if he got any of the stolen stuff back in the end?

Larry says hi back Msky. He compliments your tatse in footgear.

We get his playa footwear at HT on clearance, because he has really small feet and wears a woman's 10; there's always a 10 on sale. We just got matching silver boots for us both, now we'll need silvery costumes.

I do need a glass f something white and sweet. I'm almost done with my new playacoat, and and cussing at all the handsewing needed to finish it off. I have tiny pricks all over my thumblies, ouch.

Hey RG, did you see that pic I left in here for ya?

Oh, and I would never use roofies on purpose.

Yes, I saw that. It should prove instrumental, when I get around to making my costume. Probably can't afford it this year. Maybe for the playa.
