Just out of curiosity I'm wondering how the response would be if the OP said something to the effect that he wanted to fuck X and the X in question was a well known woman known either on this board, on the playa or part of the LLC. It's one thing to have your emotionally crippled asshats come in and type their vague, sophomoric jerk-off fantasies about hot men/women but quite another thing to have names of specific individuals slathered across the board by sexually repressed retards.

I don't see why this isn't a no brainer.

First, whats 'OP'? Second, there are those that believe people should be held responsible for what they post and should not be deleted. Two cases of personal attack based topics are are just now being discussed - the recent one aimed at allanon, and the other is aimed at MadPiper.

Anyone think those should be deleted/locked? I do, but I caught flack for wanting to lock the allanon one.

He is. It's the same sock that he threatened me the 2nd time under pre 2004 event. It's only about 3 or 4 posts in total for that sock so he's been mighty quiet. I haven't insisted that he be yanked so that we can keep an eye on him, but I don't want to be the one to do that. If I put him on Ignore can I trust someone to warn me if he starts losing grip on reality and threatening me?

Well the board is slooooooooooooooooow these days. And they all are "visitors" not board members. But if all these people are dropping by and browsing, shouldn't some of them be joining?

You would think so, but there are a few reasons visitors dont sign up that I know of, and I am not sure they are valid or comprehensive of that problem.

I was under the impression that posting priviledges for "Guest" accounts was turned off but from the looks of these kinds of posts something's not right. I'm not complaining here cause I'm offended by it, I simply wonder if this is a precursor to a spam storm of ads for herbal supplements, fake watches, and all the pharmaceuticals one could ever need. I hope it's not...anyway I'm posting here to ask about it.

I don't think it's just an innocent ad, as it's jacking up the board's primary internal functions (apparently)... maybe an attempt at invasive code to see what one can get away with. I don't have a good feeling about this... esp. when registerds get listed as guests, etc.
