Blue, Zule, Msky, Joel, Black Kitty, Cowboy, EDB, Big C, Montana - y'all are very kind, and it apparantly worked! i'm suddenly much more up-and-around today!! however - you can expect to getcher own damn drinks today...and mine too for that matter! on the flip side...they're all free!!!

just to give you an idea of my weekend...

My parents come to the football game. My mother complains of not feeling well after the first half, has her blood pressure checked… 220/80, gets admitted into the hospital that night, transferred to Springfield, the next day, has a pacemaker installed on Sunday AM, gets discharged on Monday and goes to the university for a lecture by david mccoullough…

and she was a little tired on Tuesday.

the appropriate phrase is "tough old broad"

i would certainly enjoy a beer but alas, i am eating lunch at my desk.
