CLARIFICATION:

If a girl takes her clothes off, and the audience is almost exclusively male, she is a stripper.

If a girl dances and belongs to a dance troupe or a cabaret, has correographers, makeup artists, etc, then she is a "dancer"

Many a real dancer despise strippers who use the term "dancer" out of context.

I had no idea that you had the miraculous ability to define the arts. So pole-dancing is not dancing? Funny that. And here I thought that the movements in pole dancing were more akin to some of the oldest forms of dance than modern Broadway 'dancing'. Let's also ignore swing, tango, and ballroom. Anything else you would like to dismiss?

Silly me. Now could you define art for me? I'm sure we can dismiss those silly cave drawings and petroglyphs straight off hand and get straight to dogs playing poker, or some such.

Yep, it was blustery here yesterday. On the plus side I don't have any leaves to rake now.

Why is it we are called the mid-west? We're nowhere near west, not even west of the Mississippi. We should be called the mid-east I suppose, but that name is already in use.
