hey all

I think BC and I.. ok I... ate all the cherries the other night.

so.. here you go.

1 fifth Everclear® alcohol
48 oz cherries

Place cherries (drained), mixed with everclear into a sealable cannister for approx. 2 1/2 months.

Serve by the shot.
*To drown out flavor of everclear, put one cherry in shot glass, and fill with sprite or 7up. Take cherry and soda into mouth at same time, chew cherry, and swallow all together. Enjoy!

1/2 shot white creme de cacao
1/2 shot amaretto almond liqueur
Bailey's® Irish cream
grenadine syrup
Pour the creme de cacao and amaretto into a shot glass. Float enough bailey's on top to cover the shot, and then drop a few drops of grenadine into it. It looks just like a jellyfish!

how about some smoked salmon with that?

here is a diffrent one for you.
Jellyfish #2 recipe

3/4 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
3/4 oz sambuca
1 tsp Bailey's® Irish cream
3 drops grenadine syrup

Mix blue curacao and sambuca together in a double-shot glass. Layer Bailey's irish cream on top. Drop grenadine over the Bailey's to make the apperance of the jellyfish, and serve.Serve in:

OK, just chai for me tonight. I like the recipe I've been working up lately. Everyone at the Chicago compression liked it (at least those who had it). I even got called the chai fairy (though I wasn't dressed that way). Anywho, my head is sorta feeling weird tonight, so no booze.
