This may have been posted in another area, and if so, I apologize.

At appromiately noon Sunday, Kevin "Frostbyte" McCormick died from an MDMA overdose.

Dustin was with him, CPR was tried, 911 was called, and he was rushed to the hospital.

We don't know much more than that, and there probably isn't much else to tell.

Those of you you have been the past few years will remember the Tensor, the large very bright, work of LED art on the 9:00 side of the esplanade, as well as numerous LED art displays in the Observatory in 2004. Kevin was an integral part of the IGS village.

I'm pretty stunned, so all I can say is: he will be missed.
