A Kalamazoo, Direct to You

Post by robotland » Sun Dec 11, 2005 9:59 am

While waiting for official sanction from the Home Office, but with some degree of support from Andie and Maid Marian, I am proud to announce the establishment of the (un)Official Michiana Regional, with its capital in the scenic pharmaceutical and (former) Checker Cab and Gibson Guitar producing city of Kalamazoo, Michigan....Ally Ally Oxen Free, you West Michigan, Upper Penninsula and State of Indiana burners!
Nothing WHATSOEVER against the officially-sanctioned Michigan Regional, and its fine folks....(Hey, Sputnik!) I'm just not in the Detroit area hardly AT ALL, and there's a big wide swath of territory between there and the Chicago Regional. Granted, it's NOT heavily populated with burners...FOR NOW. But those of us that DO live here are mighty keen on seeing things escalate. Kamp Kalamazoo celebrated its third year in '05, as an element of Hushville, and I'm planning on a Triumphant Return in '06.
TALK TO ME, people. I have plans for some Mighty Fun Art Events, so drop me a line already. This stuff's way too much fun to NOT do year-round.....

...just remember that Eplaya is not the Playa. Many Burners in our region have no PC (or check it rarely), and must be reached by phone or word-of-mouth. Of course, I do live in Idaho at the end of the stagecoach trail...

Stay the course, valiant mechanical man from the land of mighty waters, and remember; 3 makes a conspiracy!

Howdy from the Indiana regional!

Do you have a more direct way to get information to a wider variety of peoples? Say yahoo groups, tribe, website, etc? I know that there are a few of us down here that are always on the look out for road trip worthy events/gatherings/get-togethers.
