The problem as we, the Eastern Front HQ for Apokilitpika, see it is that the Norwegians are no longer a worthy foe. They are a "flash [fish] in the pan"....now the UN Forces [reminiscing...sigh!], they were WORTHY.

They had a complex kamp with vehicles, weapons and purpose. They did not want us raiding them, stealing their weaponry, chopping off the heads of their kamp guards, etc. Plus they fought back and stole many projects we had put our heart, soul and deep, deep evil into.

But now they are assimilated. Boo hoo!

Why can't we find an enemy like that again?

If K4 is right and we don't exist unless we have one or more enemies, why can't we find one that is worthy of our wrath and radiation?

The good thing is that we have months to work on this little conundrum!

A little recon has me believing that forces who equate land mass with the amount of firepower that can be brought to bear in a conflict could be in for a nasty surprise. Look back at WWII's opening campaigns for a classic example of what I mean, the spread of the Axis forces was quite impressive.

Technology, tactics, and efficient organization and utilization of resources can offset many real and perceived disadvantages. Also consider it's still way early yet, they may find neutral states willing to help their cause and join in the fight. Or their herring weapons may be the first generation of their weapons systems...they could be sitting on some even better stuff waiting for you to take the bait before they annihilate you. That's a pretty creative bunch over there. Underestimate them at your own peril.
