mobile FM transmitter on the playa

does anyone have any experience using a mobile fm transmitter on the playa? i have a project in mind involving the transmission of music from (as much as is possible) a bike powered source which is then picked up and played from other (as much as is possible) bike powered receivers.

if anyone has any experience/ knowledge/ comments/ feedback on the technical aspects of this i'd appreciate the insight
