Dirty Martini
2 oz gin
1 tbsp dry vermouth
2 tbsp olive juice
2 olives1. Place an ice cube and a small amount of water in a cocktail glass. Place in freezer for 2 - 3 minutes.
2. Fill a mixer with all ingredients including garnish. Cover and shake hard 3 - 4 times.
3. Remove cocktail glass from freezer, and empty. Strain contents of the mixer into the cocktail glass, include one of the olives, served with a mysterious smile.

I usually put the vermouth in with ice in the glass, swish it around a bit and then dump it out.

Emerald Vodka Martini
1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/8 oz Green Chartreuse®
1 twist lemon peel
Stir with cracked ice in a shaker and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist a lemon zest over the drink and float the zest on top.Serve in:
