It's my small town Arts Commission, EDB. I'm a commissioner and we get grants and re-grant it out to artists with proposals.Pretty cool stuff, but let's get down to drinking some hot beverages! Yeah!!!

There needs to be a real "The Bar" on the playa this year. Not just any bar, either, but have it way out by the fenceline. Have all the "characters"out there!

I fucking love you. You are the first person to get it without seeing me, I am the Disney forest creature version of Tom.
I always got the reference, I've just spent too much time at the Folsom Street Fair and figured everyone did. ;-)

I've been saying that since this place opened up. Hell, we started down the road of the ePlaya camp a year ago, but it fizzled.
It's going to be alright.

Sure quiet in here....maybe the speech put everyone to sleep early?
***looks around behind the bar***
Iso wanted a herring daiquiri....I can certainly make a daiquiri but there's no canned herring in here. Wow, I found one thing Tisha's bar didn't have stocked!

And to think I offered to have the Uncanny Alliance join the Norwegians and was ignored. Now they've got big problems. Hope? Gone. Fear? In abundance.

Anyway all of this calls for a drink or three. I'll put out some shots of Vitamin T, some Jamesons, and see who shows up.

I'll join you in a Jameson's, K-IV. Dang! Missed Robbidobbs - long distance hugs to you, Robbi. We lived in K-Falls for 6 years, I think I understand how you feel. Somehow we managed to find enough people "like us" and are still in touch with friends we made there 20 years ago. Cheers, K!

The oil is next to the hottub, which is next to the stack of fresh towels.

(...a figure wearing a brown cap and furry boots arrives at the bar
and delivers a large package marked _FRAGILE_...
Evil signs for it and carefully unpacks the Mirror of Introspection.
He cleans it, hangs it on the wall in the corner, ....and gazes into it.)

Yup, Tony Tohono was the prime mover there, but he joined the Bacon. Just remember Tish did have the mobile bar at the meet and greet. Also remember Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!ville started as an eplaya camp.

It'll be better next year.

Good morning EDB
And hugs back at ya BigCock, BNO, BinNoddin and Fishy.

Robbi wanders over to the mirror, puts her arm around EDB, and sighs.

So a few days ago I woke up again from an amourous delirium, and realized I've once again wasted my time. Do guys do this? Spend a month pathologically fixated on a dream? I guess so. It's not healthy, but it sneaks up on you like a bad cold. Or like falling into a mud puddle. You never see it coming, you look silly while you're in it, and you never quite get all the stains out.

That's enough introspection for this morning. Thanks EDB for sticking around.

I'm going back to reading Bourne Ultimatum, which BTW is being made into another Matt Damon movie, expected to be released in 2007.

Cheers

Big hug for you Robbidobbs...
Sweetheart, I wish there was something I could do for ya...but it seems we all have to suffer with love sometimes...
I spent most of my adult life alone and/or embattled with my loony X.
Years and years I`ll never get back.

I thought I would never find love again, but by some stroke of heavenly luck I found Montana,... actually I knew her for YEARS before I "realized'...the perfect match for me who loves me inspite of the millions of complications that being with me brings....and if I can find someone,.. as big of a nut as I am, ...I have no doubt that you will too...just don`t give up on yourself Robbi....you`ve got SO much to offer, and don`t ever forget it.....
....thanks for talking to me....I hope your blues go away really soon, and someone loves you up one side and down the other....
(turns and looks back into mirror)
