COOL METAL GOGGLES......

Post by Colonel Angus » Thu Feb 09, 2006 10:10 am

Anyone know where the best places to find cool metal goggles on the internet are?

In particular, the low-profile industrial-looking type.

So Uncle Toby sez to the Widdow Wadman, he sez "I shall place your finger on the very spot!" Sorry, Colonel, couldn't resist. Good luck on the goggle hunt - I need some, too.

metal goggles

www.venomousboards.com Look under eyewear. The cyborg sand goggles might be what you are looking for. They run about 40 bucks. I found a pair very similar at my local army surplus for half the price.

Try to find some German welders goggles. Last two years our camp mates from Germany had some/

If you look under topic 2006 theme camps,,, Coffee Camp.,,, then browse down to the pictures of EspressoCamp from last year you can see a pair of the goggles....Be patient some of the pics are big and you have to scroll

On the internet search for DIN 0196

one source:

Also some of the flatter frames like the sandboarding goggles are available at biker shops

Also, come by and have a couple shots of buzz at our camp
