The title of the thread is offensive, I agree. However if we use the eplaya's legendary thread drift ability like EDB suggests someone stumbling into this later on can see how we turned something downright negative and nasty into something positive. It's got the potential to be a showcase thread as to how the community comes together...I know that sounds like hippy speak but really, think about it. You lock this thread up and another one will come along, it always does. We can beat it back with admin power or we can change it ourselves. I say let it fly and let's have some good fun with this.

So how about posting those flag pics?

Of course, with all that wind it's a great place to fly one. Speaking of flags I also like this one. Chicago...my second home of late:

Well now, from the main discussion board panel, and with the underline, it looks like "Burningman is for faq's" or "Frequentily Asked Questions". I'm glad someone started this thread! Heck, I've got a ton of questions...
1. Why is the desert so hot?
2. Why do people think it's fun to be in a mosh pit?
3. If there are virgins to BM, and they themselves are virgins, are they called "virgins squared" or "virgins to the second power?"
4. Does the 5 second rule apply if you drop food on the playa?

Bin Nodin's state of Maryland has the best flag of any state in the US I think.

It really is a beaut.

The back side of the flag with State animal, the Beaver.
(NOTE: I didn't know this either, but the Oregon flag is the only state flag that has different images on either side! (State sheild/Beaver) Wow!

I dunno, I kinda thought a whole buncha fags actually liked going to Burning Man. No disrespect to all the flags here intended, but I've seen a lot more fags than some of these flags at BRC.

Are the flags trying to take over? Do they have some kind of agenda?

Maybe they're recruiting?!

Maybe they want to get us all out there, flapping in the breeze, all decked out in broad stripes and bright stars...

What's next? an honor guard? some illicit half masting?
