TANGO IN BURNINGMAN

A unique and distinctive culture emerges from the Burning Man experience. Rooted in the values expressed by the Ten Principles, this culture is manifested around the globe through art, communal effort, and innumerable individual acts of self-expression. To many, it is a way of life.

Your tango dance floor sounds amazing, keep me updated, would love to dance. Just started learning tango this year, so I'm a real beginner, but I can keep up.

but i am a flamenco dancer - do you happen to know any other flamencos/flamencas out there?

Hi, I will be going to burning man, I went last year, and tango-ed one evening. I've been dancing tango for several years now. The dome and dance floor sounds great--do you know where you will be camped yet?

Palace of Tango

Do you have an idea of general camp location?

Playa info can get so jammed.

Or maybe take an old dance shoe, post camp location and nail it to the top of the info board?

Or maybe take a box of old dance shoes and nail them to the neaarest sign post.

see you very soon!

Sounds excellent. We'll have to take a field trip from our camp to yours, dressed to the nines of course. Feel free to come use our stage as well, we even have a catwalk if you can maneuver on it.

Have you seen this video of the Tango Camp during a nasty dust storm? It's trippy as hell.

If you supply the music, we'll make it part of the "Sinister Minister" theme camp!

That would be perfect for the bar lounge!

aw. I tried Tango a few times with an ex-girlfriend.
I'd love to participate if someone will dance with a near-total beginner.
Peace, love, intellectual stimulation, and good times!
