I think having everyone give all of these ideas makes it happen. Between all of us, there isn't anything that can't be put together.
OK, enough of the soap box
I like the idea of a mobile bar each night, that would be cool. Also the idea of give-one, take-one, and a place to post messages (kinda like here). Mozy has a great thought around the theme. With a few people wanting to 'tend bar' occationally, it would be a hoot to put together.

Sweetness Zule. I hear you, TITWI. Well, I suppose we should start off simple/first things first: Is this a structure that we want to build from scratch, natural materials? Or, is it something we want to purchase as a unit (i.e. Medic Tent, Open shade strcture, etc?

Indeed...I was just thinking about posting a general Q & A list in the Structure thread. That way, everyone has a chance to answer the main questions, and also see other's ideas, hence, getting a best-of-the-best, and essentially using that as our guidebook.

You're right. What I see is all of us having our own camps, and then at the Meet & Greet/Building it, we can keep in contact later on in the week. (Like "Hey TITWI, come over to COFFEE CAMP on Thursday!"). I just like the idea of non-chalantly walking by and seeing some friendly faces, take a quick shot, chat for awhile, and then be on my way. It's really hard to make any plans when your out on the playa, that's why it's good if we do the pre-planning now (even though we are pretty far out), more time for ideas.

Yup!
People would have to step up, so someone wasn't burdoned the whole time with the idea, but I've been twice, and plan to be there all week, so I can commit. Just can't miss the major Burn Events, or Coffee Camp on Thursday
