Ask for it. but I need to see how booking go for April. May and April is when most of my bookings come in. I can really use this tent. but the biz must pay for it. And I have needed one for a while.

Hmmm what kind of other things do we need that I can rent out?

portable Bar....

portable Bar....
Hmmmm, rent a bar? Idea: A bar can be cobbled from scrap and dressed in painted canvas finery. Basic scrounged materials and someone who knows a touch of stagecraft? All depends on the type and style of bar desired if that would work or not. Even a nice padded elbow cushion would be possible on a fabricated bar, although I'm not entirely certain about a brass rail.

Do we need a large nude painting? (nevermind, that's me, let me rephrase) Rather, a large painting of a nude subject? That I could do. Perhaps not well, but enthusiastically!

Naw, I'll dig out my old reprint of The Leather Nun and go from there.

Just dated myself as an old SF underground comic reader, sigh. Yeah, mine are all reprints, but my brother has all the original Zaps and more stored away somewhere.

Well I have this 30x24 print framed under glass over my bar at home. I could bring it or I could print a bigger one.

i had noticed the questioned was brought up about lighting, well we went to bed bath beyond lastnight (after a seafood fest at hooters) they have these lights on a string that are solar powered. we purchased some for our little area. just a thought.

A small dome right next to the star tent would be nice for the back bar/store room and dust storm chill space.

Zoom where is Lorgasm? does she have numbers? anymore reservations?
And you guys should get keys to the Tribe Bar backroom...

I think there is like 13-15 peeps camping at the bar already, trucks, cars,
Mozy's big ass truck etc...I need numbers so I can ask the Mayor for more room..

Good point! I do not know either I kinda volunteered her without thinking it through then noticed she did not have a e-mail listed...
Maybe some one else has a an idea on this...AEZ uses a mail list and emails directly to the Mayor so do we start a mail list, do we just call roll call right here? do we set up a email account and someone compile from there? If someone wants to set up a gmail account I will send a gmail invite to them but that is just one idea, I am not that familiar with Tribe maybe there is a resource we can use with that account?..

The Tribe site "Bar back Room" Just bumping it along with us.. Contact Clarkcon or Tisha for keys best you setup a Tribe account first then send a e-mail to CC or T

Lorgasm, says she will do it. but i think whomever wants to stay at the aez/bar playa area should give their request by a certain date that way it would be known how many "peeps" (damn i like that) to anounce to the mayor. it would be known how much playa ground to request. i do not know if the peeps are to pm lorgasm or how that works. just a little bit more detail going here from my understanding was Lorgasm was going to make a so say reservation roster. this is only my opinion give me your inputs and thoughts bring our souls closer to think as one

Ok so we all PM LOrgasm for now and she will get a running list together?
If we can get some solid numbers together I think it will help the situation as far as getting more space and in that same email I will ask the Mayor if we need a final cut-off date..Also see post's in the tribe room..I suspect we are getting two more a eplayan and friend soon they have not commited yet though! The list should include Peeps, Tents, Vehicles, and special needs such as Robbi's driveway and Mozy's big ass truck...I wonder if we should also keep this list over at Tribe? some people might want the anonymity for whatever reason...

yes i think this is a start. i would suggest just as you said it pm Lorgasm and then we will take it from there little by little. when she needs some help with something i WILL be there for her. let's kick some ass in 2006

Ok as soon as I get the first guesstimate I will ask the mayor! we know we need at least 50' of frontage for the Mozy 43' stucture and Robbi's driveway 7' and we all camp to the rear...So the question will be how deep? Maybe LO could read back over this list to get a count from the Peeps that already claimed space and needs..
