It's going good today, thanks. You? Hey Kin.
I read this review on a bottle of scotch I just bought.

I love passionate food and drink reviews.
Oh no, that was the wrong malt. THIS was the one I got from the same distillery, two reviews:
A complex nose, from cut grass to citrus fruits, through certain nuances of wood. In the palate, the high degree of alcohol is not bothering. Here too, an impression of discrete acidity (orange) mixed to malt hints. The finish is very pleasant and long. After long minutes, some chocolate/wood touches appear.
A nose with nice vegetal notes, cut grass or hay and citrus fruit. In the mouth, a mix of citrus and slightly woody notes, going continuously from the one to the other one, and some malty notes appear as well. Nice fruity finish, rather long first, then slightly acid, developing on more bitter notes after a while.
