Espresso's on and oh damn is it early

F'n airport did full power run - ups @ 4:40 this AM... Aim the engines @ Vancouver and go full throttle for 1/2 hour after welding on the engines

Oh well, my buddy Bill probably made like $2000.00 welding on em

I didn't know all the bar patrons were so religious.....Staying in/home for Good Friday...I mean some things that can happen at the bar are really GOOD too...

Bellini
1 medium ripe, peeled and pureed peach
4 - 6 oz Champagne
Pour peach puree into glass and slowly add champagne. Stir gently. Garnish with a peach slice.
