Well, if you ever get the chance to stop by again, you gotta check out the cafe' on Cap hill. Unlike a lot of places that torture everything, these guys all know their stuff. It's mostly freaks working there, so you'll have no problem communicating. They automatically pull their shots ristretto, and never scald the milk.

Sounds like my kind of place DD.

OK, It's almost 2 here. I'm going to crawl back under the NEB and see if I can sleep.

I just had a thought....you just never see a Snap-On-Tools truck driving around like you used to. Maybe they're getting harder and harder to find, like travel agencies and Irish setters.

Well, they're damn expensive for one- I think I'd just get craftsman, they're guaranteed for life and cost a helluva lot less.

I'd like a big 5-phase JET table saw w/full extensions & a shop to put it in.
I'd like to start a wintertime seasonal business doing electric vehicle conversions.

Nice. I build weird custom bike things, and would like to do it in my own space on my own time.

That bike on your avatar....how do you get up on that thing--you have to launch from a loading ramp or a stepladder? I mean--it looks real & functional, but getting on must be tough.

It's a mini triple- it's actually slightly smaller than a regular tallbike. You grab both sides of the handlebars, put one foot on a pedal, hop, hop, off you go. Getting off is even easier. Stand on the brake with one foot and as you slow step off the back.

I think the wildest thing I ever heard about being built in a home shop was an exact replica of an Airbus A-380 with Emirates livery built a year ago. It actually flies w/miniature jet engines and is reputed to be the largest R/C fixed-wing model aircraft ever built. It looks like a human can just jump on like a pegasus & go for a ride.

That's pretty wild. I remember when someone had built a B29 with miniature rotary engines-took two or three people to fly it, too. So how big is that, you got a link?

I actually drank a hot cuppa Dr. Pepper, served up hot like tea. Nuked it for a minute & still had plenty of carbonation. Nice with a clove & lemon.

smell-o-vision is one thing, but I can't wait for serve-o-vision! All the coffee and coctails jump right off the screen & you can consume them right on the spot.

Right>click>serve!

(Actually, I think the Firesign Theater did a spoof on that in the 70's)

Welcome back, CC. What's the good word?

That is so cool the video is amazing! And damn bet it would blow right past a Global Hawk me thinks military probably ordering a few hundred with weapon package soon.

Must be a hell of a High Powered RF controller wouldn't want to lose control of it!

Now I know what hit the World Trade Centers!
