Maybe he does, but I'm not bringing all this fabric out myself. That was the original concept actually, but then I realized that I don't have the time, energy, or space to handle 10 cubic yards of fabric, let alone find a way to haul it out there. Everyone brings a little bit. It's the same concept the dragon guys are using. They're actually a bit behind us percentage wise, but they can create something even with the number of sections they have right now. All i end up with is half a head.EspressoDude wrote: Sput, have you bumped ideas with that Christo dude that wraps buildings and stuff. Maybe he has leads on gobs of fabric. where to ask etc..

I wondered about that too. Wouldn't joining all these sections together like that make this a long straight dragon? How will it snake around?Rockdad wrote:They have a major design problem! Well the 1/2 pvc is somewhat flexible so that should work ok it is just those unions I have run into the mismatched union threads before. could also see breakage when burner X goes left and burner Y goes rightsputnik wrote:I wondered about that too. Now I'm re-energized. What was in that blue drink? Leaps on the table and starts to dance a jig to the imaginary bouzoukis playing in his head. Stomp, twirl, delusions of being Zorba the Greek! Faster, faster, harder, harder, the table collapses, a startled cat jumps behind the curtains, Bin keeps on dancing, smashing the table and everything on it to bits, Zule holds the back door open while Desert Duck and Sputnik give BN the bum's rush into the sumo pit with orders to chill. I missed you, Jewel! WOOOHOOOO!! The bar is back! Gimmeee another one, please.

Cheers to that Zule...it's too easy to impress someone else (i.e.- fancy clothes, outstanding persona, etc.) but the trick and reward is trying to impress yourself, to make or do something with your own hands and be astounded

Rooster fights fox
A 3ft rooster fought off a fox after it broke into his coop.
Rooster Cogburn made sure the fox did not come near his hens reports the Daily Express.
Owner Tim Stone from Shepton Mallet, Somerset said: "I was asleep when I heard a huge commotion. I went outside to see what it was all about and saw fur and feathers everywhere. There was a yelp and I saw the fox limp off. The rooster was strutting around like a boxer after a fight and crowing like mad.
"He didn't have a scratch on him so I can only imagine he beat the fox within an inch of his life. I don't think he'll be coming back."
The bird was named Rooster Cogburn after John Wayne's character in the film True Grit.
