If you look below where you write your posts there are some boxes, make sure the first three are not checked.

You have to uncheck the boxes every time unless you go into your profile and adjust your settings.

Once you have your settings adjusted, you can just click the quote box on a person's post to quote that person. Then you remove anything you don't need to repeat, add stuff if you want, like that.

Well, it's not exactly proper, but it can be funny if it's not abused meow.
Hyper Text Markup Language-that'd be a link, like this meow-http://kexp.org/streamarchive/archive_player.asp Click the url box before and after the address to enable the link meow. BBCode is the rest of the box of tricks meow.
