We may have some advertising-department manipulation going on here.
This is a publicity photo that the Norwegians are circulating to build up the hype of their new defensive weapon. The picture has, of course, been doctored to make the technology appear more exotic and formidable.

We have information that shows that this defensive weapon, while somewhat effective on a very basic level, is not nearly as advanced as we would be led to believe.

I believe that this recently intercepted and unaltered photo reveals a good deal about the so-called "ultimate" weapon.
