Good I will try it with butter. Do you let the butter get hot before adding the flour or do you add the flour just after the butter melts?

Best if the butter is melted at least enough to cover the bottom of the pot.

Yeah. I moved a little 'lectric heater from room to room as needed and had two others under the house to keep the pipes from freezing. Still had to wear thermals and a jacket to keep warm.

I'm using a woodstove to keep warm, and have to use the A/C at work when it's 40 out cuz of all the coolers. It gets hot in the winter :?, not looking forward to summer even though I like it hot.

Hey, I'd love to stay on and yak, but I should get home and get some sleep(yawn). I'm on pretty well every day since this is my main source of entertainment at work. Come and hang out more, whenever you want. Welcome to eplaya and I hope you make it to the playa this year. We'll be a placed camp, probably around 7:00-7:30 and C (or it's equivalent) and we'll have all the amenities including a pool table, dance pole, and full kitchen. Badass!!

Well the Stout (plus default) has kicked in and now I think I should crash. It has been a real pleasure Mr. Duck.

Morning Zoom, ED...

Bull riding is evil. Calf roping is okay, not quite so evil.

Hey, DD, whenever you get in here... have I ever mentioned how sexy I think men who cook are? <wink> :) Listening to you and Box go on last night... I think it invaded my playadusty dreams :)

X.
