Not much into tofu-it's got it's uses, but they're very limited.
Mushrooms, on the other hand, go with almost anything.

A new welder....nice. I bought a miller 250amp wire welder a couple years back...reel o wire inside, and a spoolgun for aluminum. Damn nice equipment.

I do a lot of cranberry juice.......1/2 gallon a week + usually w/o vodka
