Those Yellow Faces

Not sure where to post this question, but when we post messages here, there are thos 3 little faces under our name, location, etc. Some are smiling, some are not - some have a plus sign some have a minus sign...

I can't find what they are and what their purpose is... can someone explain this?

they are your 'buddy list' where you can add people to them. you can also add people to an 'ignore' or 'disallow contact' list, use your mouse button to hover over it for the labels.

for example, ignore helps you to keep from seeing annoying posts from random passive-agressive power ego freaks, disallow contact keeps them from sending you private messages.
