DD thanks for the tips on making roux. My gumbo turned out awsome.

Got plenty lefft too if anyone is hungry. I came from a big family and I do not knoe how to cook small.

Just got off the phone with my sister in Desert Hot Springs - broke 100. And still 80% humidity!! >double yuck!!<

The barbecue is lit. Mesquite to follow. Marguritas, anyone??
