Just wondering.

I am, or was, a Nuclear Helth Physics tech. In Paloverde, Just outside of Phoenix AZ, They built some low profile cooling towers so they would not be visable from I-10. The unit 1 cooling tower started crumbling to pieces in just 3 years. They wouldn;t even let us go in to do our required radiation surveys.
