Actually the year I think. I;ve been lucky not to have one for some time now.

try rx drug Relpax.... I have it on very good recommendation that it works

which came first...headache or lack of sleep or headache...

caffiene withdrawals cause headaches too

It's not really a headache ED. Just a blah feeling. The inability to feel rested after sleeping came over the past few days, but may not be related since I don't recall that from previous episodes. I find that just letting this have its way with me is more effective than any drugs I've tried. They just delay the blah feeling until I stop taking it.
