Cool. Glad to hear you are gonna make it.

Tub is not the problem. It's the water. I wonder...

well yeah, it was the water I was referring to as not being practical on the Playa... you can't just tip it out, and water gets dirty fast, and there's alot more in a tub than a shower!

Sorry, I knew you were refering to the water. I was just thinkin' out loud.

Congrats on the tickets, Wildi! Does "Will Call" mean you pick it up at the gate? If I'm just confused, and you'll be getting it sent, post a pic of you with your ticket when it arrives :)

That's right, I danced on out and bounced around.... heheh, no actually I just sat down to spin a skein of yarn. But I finished now.

X: Will Call is pick up at the gate. I've been told it's the better option for us overseas Burners :) I was surprised that even my plane ticket is not paper printed - you are supposed to print out your own copy but I suspect as long as I had the reservation number I'd be able to rock up at the airport with my passport and just go, my things have changed!!!

I like being able to do everything online.

Good for you, Wildilocks.

Big rain on the playa today, sez the Gerlach webcam. Imagine that gooey mud. Maybe Zoom and L'Orgasm will come out to play. I'll sit here with my beer and wait.

The swinging saloon doors just swinging away - Sput, do you get a badge and we have to call you "sir"? Do you feel inexplicable cravings for doughnuts?

Bin! I am not a cop! And you're welcome to tell me to fuck off. No badge, but I get a hat and a shirt when I get to the playa, and that's all that is mandatory. I need to tone it down a bit anyway, everyone assumed I was already a ranger because of my utilikilt. Maybe just a nice skirt instead.
It's going to be alright.

Morning Sput, Bin, X!!

Congrats on the training... kinda fun! You know, the point of it is to make you feel kinda, uh, "kackey"... >giggles<

Been making Blackout Punch on another thread... Here, have some...

In warm tin gulag cup, mix:

2 shots Bacardi Gold
2 Shots Cap't. Morgan's Spiced
1 shot 151

Stir gently and guzzle. Repeat until the cup hits the floor. Goes well with 151 brownies...

Sput, I'll happily be cuffed by or to a man in a utilikilt ;)

Morning BB..

Bin, my trick for staying awake in long meetins is to bring knitting.. keeps my hands busy, leaves my mind half-occupied so the rest of it actually stays alert! Think you could get away with it at your constrution meeting?
