Damn, J***, that sounds tough. One of the joys is bringing a "What If" box (think "Let's Make A Deal"). Who knows what you'll need/want at any given time. Do you fly into Reno and then go up to BRC?

Jewel, I drive a 95 Saturn wagon to BM. In MMIV, I took a sleeping bag, foam mattress, 15gal water jug, bicycle, pair of stilts, tent, tarp, camp stove and fuel, beading supplies, 10X20 ground cloth, and 10w X20l X12h carport-style shade structure in it. I also had enough clothes and food to last me 13 days. I didn't even have to put anything in my luggage bag on the roofrack (which saved me lots of gas.) The bike was on the bumper rack, though.

In my head, I'm like 100%. Everything is loaded, checked twice and good to go, and even had some time to make up some personalized gifts, and then,......oh damn.....

That's the deal Cc, so bring lots of extra warm things for me to borrow! I think I'm set on the day wear, but nighttime is a little tricky.

TITWI, I'm going to rely on you for help with directions (i know they're on the bm site) because a sense of direction has to be my worst quality. I like the idea of writing camp address with perm. marker too. Last year i wandered around quite a bit looking for my little tent.

The only time I started to worry at BM was a couple nights near Center Camp drawing. When I went to go pee, I got l o s t in the tight little hub radial street right behind the 6:00. It's only half a block long, but for some reason, I kept looping and getting shot out into different directions like a pinball. P.S.---I almost pissed my pants and cried I was so happy to find JoTS.

Yeah, that little street that rings around center camp can be really confusing. Took me three full years to get to the point where I could consistently navigate it without getting fired off on one of the streets that intersects it ( a total of nine intersections, three of which are on the same block. The fact that it intersects radial streets AND circular streets really threw me off for some time.
