Yes, and that's why it's Minnesota. The land of extremes.

I went to bed early last night, sometime after two.

I stayed at Bob's until about ten, then decided that this might be a good night to try and tweak my sleeping schedule a bit.

I was awake at around eleven this morning but didn't get up so I fell back asleep until one.

WAKE UP!
Grab a brush and put a little (makeup),
Grab a brush and put a little,
Hide the scars to fade away the (shakeup)
Hide the scars to fade away the,
Why'd you leave the keys upon the table?
Here you go create another fable

You wanted to,
Grab a brush and put a little makeup,
You wanted to,
Hide the scars to fade away the shakeup,
You wanted to,
Why'd you leave the keys upon the table,
You wanted to,

I don't think you trust.......
In, my, self righteous suicide......
I, cry, when angels deserve to die, Die.......
Chop Suey......

Turns the music down slightly......

Cool fucking race! <Oh yea, I was going to save that for the Fuck thread...>

What kind of beer are you brewing. I have been toying with the idea of doing some brewing myself.

It was a good race but it would have been even better with an Andretti win or best of all....a Danica Patrick win!

(And will Panoz ever get the kinks worked out and beat Dallara? I think Team Rahal seriously needs to consider a chassis switch next year!)

Sam Hornish Jr. won it, Marco Andretti was hot on his heels. I read something about it was the second closest finish they've ever had.

And Danica didn't even finish in the top 5!

Yea, it was damn close... Patrick always was always in the running though, caution flag broke her chances....
Marco had it until the final straight-away, then Hornish took him.
19 yr old kid is pretty fuckin good though..... I was rooting for him
Poor Andretti luck, but they still got 2nd and 3rd.....

BoxB..... new tune? gonna share?, or surpise us at the burn?

Gonna bring about 20-25 gals of HomeBrew to share......Brown and Pale Ale in the hopper now...

Just lyrics really someone else will have to set it to music. Hope I am not giving up my copyrights by posting it here..

Well here goes nothin. This is the first thing I have written in about twenty years. (long time huh?)

NOTHING LEFT TO DO

My mommas daddy was the son of a gun,
wouldn't do you a thing unless he got some.
Drinking in the morning and stealing at night.
When he felt real good he wanted to fight.
Gets back home and he beats his wife.
Momma ran away cause that wasn't no life.
So she married a man who was quiet and shy.
If you listen late at night you can hear her cry.

Heyyyyy O! well I gotta go.
There's nothing left to do but rock and roll.
A little bit of rhythm with a strong back beat,
got my blue suede shoes on my two left feet.
bottle of whisky going out the door,
gonna dance this dance 'til I can't no more.
Heyyyyy O! well I gotta go.
There's nothing left to do but rock and roll

You know my daddy was a preachers son.
The things he taught me set me on the run.
He said I will tell you how to make things right.
You gotta pray on your knees morning, noon and night.
Look to the heavens for the light up above,
cause the one in heaven is the god of love.
I look down that road and what do I see?
Death and destruction, makes no sense to me.

Heyyyyy O! well I gotta go.
There's nothing left to do but rock and roll.
A little bit of rhythm with a strong back beat,
got my blue suede shoes on my two left feet.
Bottle of whisky going out the door,
gonna dance this dance 'til I can't no more.
Heyyyyy O! well I gotta go.
There's nothing left to do but rock and roll.

The die is cast now what will it be?
With everyone pointing his finger at me.
Wars on the left and prayin' on the right,
hope and fear in the deep dark night.
The path that you walk is all your own.
No matter what they say you go it alone.
Barefoot walking on a high barbed wire,
Go any other way and you fall in the fire.

Heyyyyy O! well I gotta go.

The words that you say,
the heads that you've turned
the combo of both
assure some are not spurned.

With the tip of the bottle
the boom of the tunes
the downing of shots
and the rise of... balloons.

what once was a peaceful
and not thought out dream
has become as real
as Bailey's Irish Cream.

So come one and all
for this bar never closes
tho when it get's rowdy
we break out the hoses

And drink till you're tipsy,
then sober again
for this here bar
will never end.
