Actually, the IRS says nothing of the sort and disclaims primary authority on the subject. I quote from the very page you link to: "A Limited Liability Company (LLC) is a relatively new business structure allowed by state statute." Which people? Not everybody goes online, and colloquialisms are much more common in the spoken language than in the written.

I was under the mistaken impression that there was at least one user on this board worth bothering with, and you were her. i usually dont drink, burningman is one of my exceptions - beyond that maybe a half a dozen drinks in a years time at the most. i was invited to that tribe by the creator who liked my sarcastic wit and made fun of alcoholics. he had a falling out with some things and wanted to make me the moderator after i said no-one should be one. clever bastard. but i dont think anyone even posts there anymore.

but hey, just another one of those countless friendly examples of being completely-fucking-clueless in making personal accusations.

The "Got meds" attack is a line commonly used by a certain poster of the board....a poster with a known, unrepentant sock puppet and a history of attacks. And it's a poster who has posted over on another board in recent days yet has been conspiculously absent from the eplaya of late.....
