To all EuroBurners: Just a warning -- America has become a strange and terrible place. This will be especially apparent to those who have visited before and are returning. First time visitors will be shocked and saddened by the proto-Soviet feel of the gulag in the making we call America. Those of us who live here have been inflicted with the death of a thousand cuts, but wrapped as we are in cheap power and cheaper entertainment, we actually seem to enjoy the stultification. There is a large number of people from Europe heading out to the playa this year. Quixotes cabaret will have many of them there so pop by and get some ideas and support from them. Also try to contact Hageys Black Rock Burner Hostel - he helps a good number for euros onto the playa every year. He's easy to google.
