Thanks for the vegetable cocktail, Mozy. Need the vitamins after catching up on the thread. Then off to Tribe, then back again, this is exhausting. Cheers!

Zule I was in a high end Texas resturant outside of Austin probably cost me $50 for three little snake patties with chipolte sauce so my brain probably insisted it taste good.

The Gator was at the Hilton bar in New Orleans.. Gator Tenderloins tasted just plain weird to me but the big old gruff Coast Guard chief sitting next to me was like drooling looking at my plate so I just slide it over to him they were gone in seconds! Then I got a tour of his boat docked right there outside the bar.

WOrkworkwork.. lucky you :)

Today was actually my only non-work day of the week.. and I spent most of it cleaning :( Had a really good chat with a woman I met on the bus because we were both knitting, and wound up having a really good time at waterpolo even though we had about a third of the normal turnout... and checked the window lock tonight and set a couple bumpy things up in front of it too. might add some hoops, just for noise makers..

Hey, my food of choice is going to be mostly milk and cereal... and maybe one instance of helping to prepare a thai coconut curry something.. but certainly no gator!

Are you an experienced Burner, or a virgin like me? Stories or hopes/fears to share?

I am a virgin burner also (although I have been burnt out many times in the past !!! )
I am lucky in that Dr Pyro and friends will be here in Anchorage for the Mayors Midnight Sun Marathon over solstice and am looking forward to tipping a few cool ones and sharing stories... can pick up some valuable knowledge/advice from them....

Hello all people!
I just passed by, hope this is a safe resting place from the apokiliptikans.
I need a drink, eeeeh.. do you have Snowball on your menu?
With only one ice cube please.
I like to drink it no faster than the ice cube melts.
Kinda like to see the ice cube melt as an interesting way of measuring time.
One of those nerdy things I have I guess.
All cats love fish but fear to wet their paws.
