The last permit was a two year permit.

I'd dig deeper before you believe that a five year permit was awarded. It would be nice though to have that little bit of security.

Speaking of mountains and valley's, I noticed the other day I could see the snow pack on the Sierras all the way across the valley floor and it was 90 deg outside rivers must be running fast, high and cold.
