Are you a playa veteran? Come share some stories, tell us what your camp did last year, tell us what your camp is going to do this year, show off some of your nifty shwag, share some photos, rave about your art project, or just hang out and have a pint with us.
Is this your first year? Perfect time to meet some seasoned burners and have those experienced cerebrums rub off on ya. Ask questions, ramble through your packing list, find out what to bring, find out what not to bring, find out what not to do durring a white-out, find out what TO do during a white-out, get an opinion on your shade structure idea, or just sit in the corner and giggle. Who knows, someone just might let you borrow their "Beyond Blackrock" documentary.
In my opinion, a lot of what that freaky festival out in the desert is about is building community, so... come help build some community right here in your own back yard. Whether you're as far north as Sacramento or as far south as Madera, waaay out in Davis or up in the hills of Sonora... take an afternoon off, drive a little while and come say howdy.
The Valley Brewing Company is a locally owned brew pub, they serve food as well as beer so young'ens are wellcome (just keep an eye on 'em please). Do also keep in mind that if you're gonna have a beer or two, think about having a designated driver. Also, Since it is a public establishments, try and keep your costumes on the mostly tastefull side... mostly that is...
See ya all there!!!
