Looking for burners in SF

Ok, so I went for the first time this year, met a bunch of great people...so, where is everybody now? Solo Lower Haight burner looking for local goodness going on in the city.

Lower Haight here as well. On Duboce Park.

Lots of playa creatures in our neck of the woods. Some hang at the An Bodhran pub an others hang at the Toranado (both on Haight).

Hey Badger,

Down in Santa Cruz, Rodent, Digger and a couple other guys have a weekly monday night burner get together. At either of those pubs are there regular (at least semi-scheduled) get togethers, or did you mean there's just a hell of a lot of burners that hang out there?

As of november 1st, I'll be in Duboce Triangle as well. One of my roommates is also a burner (and a fire dancer)

Poet and Patriot every Monday nice. The gatherings are as old as dirt. Good beer, cool group of Cruzians. Digger rocks, they let dogs in and you can smoke if you choose.

you know, this is a wonderful oportunity for you to START something. A part of the point of Burningman is to DO things rather than waiting for something to be done for you.

Think of something fun to do, either monthly or weekly and then announce it here. It doesn't have to be a big, complex affair, it can be simple and fun. For instance, you could have an Air Hockey Get Together, Tea Time at Trulydoolally's House, ELWire Users Group, Stich'n'Bitch Costuming/Sewing Party, Sandcastle Construction Party at the beach, Playa Chow Cookoff, Marco-Polo Pool Party with Martini's and Love.

Spend ten minutes thinging about it, something will come to mind. But, most importantly... DO SOMETHING and INCLUDE OTHERS! You never know what may happen

Saturday night there is a get together around BBQ and hottub down in Half Moon Bay. The illustrious Lydia Love is making a special guest appearance straight from the Great North Woods. Why dontcha guys head on down?

Ha! Not this weekend; I had to blackmail a co-worker just so I could have tonight off. We have a massive project going that has to be completed and shipped out by Sunday night.
