Well, this may be the last burn at Red White and Blue Beach. The campground closes after Nov. 1st. If anyone has a suggestion on a sutable location where the burns could winter, please post it.
so, I'm sure there are tonns of Halloween Parties happening on Saturday, so please go to one if you think it'll be better than hanging with local burners. Otherwize...

Take Hyw 1 north from Santa Cruz, drive about 5.25 miles till you see the Red White and Blue Arrow or Mailbox on the left side of the road.

* Red White and Blue Beach is a Clothing Optional Campground.
* There is a $15 per person (NOT per vehicle) entrance fee.
* Don't show up before 3:00pm. You'll be charged an additional $10 "day
use fee".

*We'll be in the group camping area called "The Jungle"
* Gate may close at 8:00pm. If you're gonna come, try to get there before 8.
* Try not to leave after 10:00pm (well, unless it's an emergency
of course).

The last one was kind of a small turn out as well. Rodent, I wonder if monthly is just a bit too often?
Maybe if you had it every other month it would get a little bigger turn out, and people would by spend some more time preparing. It's often somethings scarcity that makes it precious.
You already have the weekly get togethers at the Poet & Patriot (which are a lot of fun. if you're in Santa Cruz, you need to go hang out with these guys some time)

I think what would have helped was a reminder before the event.
I remember seeing the original post way back when and a bunch of my burner friends wanted to go. we all wanted to go but forgot. I'm just seeing this today and let my friends know and we are all bummed. we would have been there even if it was a little chilly.
