1 medium ripe, peeled and pureed peach
4 - 6 oz Champagne

Pour peach puree into glass and slowly add champagne. Stir gently. Garnish with a peach slice.

so, i went to a concert last night and instead of holding up lighters (some people still do) people open their cell phones and hold those up now. kind of weird..........
