Chillin' on the Pirate Ship "Penzance"

I may or may not be building one of these rare creations that crawl out of my mind, and I may more than likely be going to the Playa early to help with some other things (I hope).

Northwestern Oregon was unusually hot yesterday and the A/C at my store shut down leaving poor moms to scramble to get the chocolate cooled before it melted. Richard got it working today and it's also cooler.

I'm getting to interview most of Bear's tenants to find out if they have problems, etc.

Oh, yeah. Many Rips
